Course Cancellation/Refund

1. If you have enrolled in a paid course, you have the option to attend the first two live classes and evaluate the course content and teaching style. If you decide the course is not suitable for you, you may request a refund.

2. To request a refund for a course, you must submit a cancellation request via email to support@haadi.org.in within the timeframe mentioned below:

   • For a refund request, you must notify us before attending the third live class of the course.

3. Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it, and if it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund.

4. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from the date of approval of the refund request.

5. Please note that if you attend the third live class of the course, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

6. If the course you enrolled in is free, but you have made a payment for certification or to secure your seat, those fees are non-refundable.

Donation Refund

1. If you have made a donation to Haadi Organization, you have the option to request a refund within 48 hours of making the donation.

2. To request a refund for a donation, please send an email to support@haadi.org.in within the specified timeframe.

3. Refunds for donations will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the refund request.

Exceptions

1. Please note that once a course has been completed or a specific service has been provided, no refunds will be issued.

2. Exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy may be made in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or unforeseen events. These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Haadi Organization.
